Senior product designer who turns ambiguous problems into systems that scale and products that ship with measurable impact — working across research, design, and code, from user interviews to merged pull requests.

I design in Figma, using the Figma Design Agent and Figma Make, and ship working software with Claude Code.

An open-banking consent screen published in FDX's industry guidelines

Product Design · FDX UX Working Group · 2024–2025

Section 1033 of the Dodd-Frank Act (2024) set new open-banking rules, and the industry needed a standard data-sharing consent screen that met dense legal requirements without losing consumers. In the FDX UX Working Group, alongside Plaid, Mastercard, and others, I designed the main consent screen, partnering with legal to make the 1033 requirements clean and digestible, then usability-tested it. Mine was the version selected and published in FDX's 3.0 UX Guidelines (2025).

Mapping a tangled legacy platform into a clean migration path

Product Design · BENlabs · 2023

At BENlabs, I mapped a legacy platform's end-to-end workflows and service blueprints to surface the UX bottlenecks, then designed the migration path to a new architecture, turning tangled, real-world business processes into one clean, coherent product. Leadership validated the direction; the company wound down before it shipped.

A self-guided sales demo for MX's connectivity widget

Product Design · MX · 2026

Sales was pitching MX's bank-connectivity widget with static Figma mockups, which undercut credibility. I designed a self-guided wizard that lets a prospect run the real widget themselves (the configuration and curl behind it, on-screen instructions, the live postMessages firing as they connect, and the data returned at the end), and that a prospect's own engineers can explore without a rep. It's still in progress; other MX product teams are now building their demos on the foundation we created.

Simplifying account connection and identity verification at MX

Product Design · MX · 2026

I'm designing the flows users move through to connect their financial accounts through MX (institution selection, identity verification, and consent), with a focus on making a dense, security-heavy process feel simple and trustworthy. Currently in development.

A tarot draw screen titled “AuDHD” on a sage-green background — a five-card spread labeled across the top and a radial fan of face-down cards, patterned with sacred geometry, to choose from.

A web app to help iterate on a neurodivergent-friendly tarot deck

Design & Build · Neurodivergent Friendly Life · 2026

Neurodivergent Friendly Life is creating a printed, neurodivergent-friendly tarot deck and needed a way to test it before going to print. I designed and built a web app that lets them draw cards using any of the deck's spreads, so they can try card meanings, terms, and layouts in a real reading. They supplied the spreads, cards, and concepts; I built the digital experience, with placeholder art standing in until their artist's illustrations are ready.
