Authentication & MFA

I designed an end-to-end authentication service that covered everything from login to multifactor authentication (MFA) flows, including mobile interfaces. This comprehensive project significantly improved user experience and efficiency, resulting in a dramatic reduction of support tickets—from 30% of the overall volume to less than 1%.

Design system contributions

Before my full-time work on the design system at BILL, I made a substantial contribution to the development of a robust design system by creating over eight unique components, which streamlined design consistency and efficiency.
